Ms. Consolanta Ahereza serves as the accomplished Managing Director of Nzuri Trust Limited. Holding a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (Accounting) from Makerere University Business School, she brings a wealth of expertise to her leadership role. Consolanta has also attended several professional trainings both locally and internationally to attain various credentials.

As a distinguished professional in the Microfinance sector, Consolanta has demonstrated versatility across various domains, including Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, Administration, Credit, and Operations. Her journey with Nzuri Trust Limited began as a Finance Officer, where she swiftly ascended the ranks, assuming pivotal roles such as Finance Manager before attaining her current position as Managing Director.

Consolanta is an active contributor to the sector’s development, serving as a Board Member at the Association of Microfinance Institutions of Uganda (AMFIU), where she represents Non-Deposit Taking MFIs. Additionally, she holds a significant role on the Finance & HR committee, showcasing her commitment to fostering sound governance practices.

Beyond her professional commitments, Consolanta is actively involved in community service. She volunteers at the Rotaract Club of Kajjansi and has previously held key roles, including Board Treasurer and Director of Public Relations, highlighting her dedication to making a positive impact beyond the corporate realm.

Mr. Gerald Kikoyo serves as the Head of Finance at Nzuri Trust Limited, bringing a wealth of expertise and experience in Financial Management to his role. A qualified Certified Public Accountant with an MBA in Accounting and Finance, Gerald boasts over 20 years of distinguished career in finance across international and national NGOs as well as educational institutions.

Throughout his career, Gerald has demonstrated his proficiency not only in financial management but also in audit, having served as an Audit Manager overseeing audits of numerous Microfinance Institutions and SACCOs. His extensive experience equips him with a comprehensive understanding of financial systems and regulatory frameworks, enabling him to navigate complex financial landscapes with ease.

Gerald’s interpersonal skills are exemplary, characterized by a high degree of social intelligence and the ability to collaborate effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds. He thrives in environments where diversity is embraced and leverages his understanding of different age groups, genders, cultural backgrounds, and socio-economic situations to foster inclusive and collaborative work environments.

Having risen through the ranks within Nzuri Trust Limited, Robinah takes pride in her journey as a pioneer Branch Manager for two branches that have flourished under her leadership, evolving into thriving and sustainable entities.
