Her journey with Nzuri Trust Limited began as a Finance Officer, where she swiftly ascended the ranks, assuming pivotal roles such as Finance Manager before attaining her current position as Managing Director.
Consolanta is an active contributor to the sector’s development, serving as a Board Member at the Association of Microfinance Institutions of Uganda (AMFIU), where she represents Non-Deposit Taking MFIs. Additionally, she holds a significant role on the Finance & HR committee, showcasing her commitment to fostering sound governance practices.

Throughout his career, Gerald has demonstrated his proficiency not only in financial management but also in audit, having served as an Audit Manager overseeing audits of numerous Microfinance Institutions and SACCOs. His extensive experience equips him with a comprehensive understanding of financial systems and regulatory frameworks, enabling him to navigate complex financial landscapes with ease.
