At the forefront of our lending services is our community microfinance initiative. We facilitate the formation of voluntary groups, typically consisting of a minimum of 10 individuals sharing a common objective. In a collective responsibility framework, all group members are jointly liable for the debt loans they acquire.

Our primary focus is on supporting women-led groups engaged in businesses that, while vibrant, may not meet the conventional banks’ criteria due to a lack of physical collateral. To ensure the success of these groups, we implement a comprehensive training program spanning three weeks for new members. This training covers crucial areas such as money management, including bookkeeping and cash-flow management, as well as technical professional skills relevant to their businesses.

Additionally, our training extends to educating group members on adherence to group guidelines and key success factors, empowering them to enhance their business management skills and fortify the overall effectiveness of their group operations.
